Meet Jessica Bailey While playing polo in Santa Ynez Valley fifteen years ago she met the founder of Colony Capital - one of the world’s largest privately funded real estate investment firms. After management training for them at several luxury properties, Jessica decided that residential real estate might be of more interest to her. She later went on to sell real estate in Nashville, Tennessee where she was the top producer for several months working for the largest real estate firm in the Southeast. After returning to her native California, she attained her real estate license and began selling to Hollywood’s up and coming celebrities in Los Angeles. Jessica has now found her niche in helping horse people, their friends and loved ones find their next home or ranch with honesty, integrity and a smile in the Coachella Valley.
